Depression: Treatments and Therapies

If you or a loved one suffers from depression, there are ways to get help. The majority of treatments are usually medication, talk therapy, or a combination of the two. There are prescribed antidepressants that can help. As well, there's therapies and many psychologists that can offer help as well. Two common therapies are ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and BA (Behavioral Activation). Showing support for those affected by depression can go a long way as well towards their recovery.
